What the Prokeep | Innovo integration does
Once connected, Prokeep systems will automatically alert your customers of any key updates generated by Innovo. Here's how it works:
Send messages to customers through Prokeep when their deliveries are in various statuses in Innovo.
Your customers receive text notifications when an order is being delivered, so that they can be kept informed of the delivery status and have employees ready to pick those orders up.
Counter Reps will have a record of all communication to customers, so that when they call in with issues, your reps have a record of what was said to them.
2-way communication
Unlike other text notifications, your customers can reply to an order update text message. When a customer responds to a notification, their question or concern goes straight into your Prokeep inbox and can be claimed by an available representative so that every line of communication stays personal.
